KRÜ isn't the 2nd in BR, Sharks is. LATAM and BR are 2 different regions here (I'm from LATAM). I really think VKS has much more potencial, you will see.

Yes, as I said maybe it just meant that outside VKS the rest of BR team is weak, rather than VKS is weak themselves

Kru only guaranteed pistol rounds, apart from VKS here we have sharks, GL, Furia, which are strong teams that in my opinion are better than KRU ...
