I'll to try to illustrate. what do you think is the difference between NA and central/south America? i know European education about colonization is poor, but since USA was a British colony i assume you must know they were a settlement colony, while SA was a exploration colony. do you think it's a coincidence that NA is development and SA isn't? actually, not NA. Mexico was a exploration colony. how is mexico today? so close to the US, What is different? don't you think that the foundation, the way the countries are born and build matter? england might be ancient, but 500 years is our whole country history (since the native people didn't organized themselves like this). it matter A LOT if half of this time of our whole existence was about to send goodies to Europe
