Is EU better than NA?

I started watching esports with valorant and it is only esports i watch as of now.... So i have no previous bias about any of these regions and also i am not from any of these region... But if you asked me which region looked better at start of this year i would 100% say NA is better than rest from what i was seeing but in last few weeks seeing both NA and EU... EU looks stronger to me ... EU teams are extremely strategic and are prepared for most of stuff... whether its compositions, lineups and pairing thier agents abilities.. Where as NA teams seems to try to win aim duels... Also NA players seems to whiff a lot lately... he hit insane shots which shouldn't have happened and whiff easy shots... Overall they seem a lot inconsistent and dont try to prepare as much as EU teams ... I dont watch much Brazil but i've seen a little bit and from i feel like Brazil and EU might dominate Iceland unless Tenz just pops on LAN ping since he now plays on 60 something ping... Sentinels seems to do some preparations but it still feels short to Liquid/Fnatic since they dont have coach and analysts and this loads too much on shahzam

In esports:
NA: 1 hour practicing, 8 hours streaming and managing social media accounts.
EU: 8 hours practicing.

NA historically worse than eu or korea/jp at respective esports. And reason is simple af - esports is just entertainment for NA population. While Asia and Europe treat esport like big sport - profession. Huge difference in training routines, strategic preparations. U'll never see eu or korean player streaming as much as NA pros. They have no time for this. Of course there is exceptions like Elige for example. But it still that majority of NA players not taking esport as serious as EU or Korea.

I think NA players are better than EU players (not all of them) but in my opinion EU teams are better than NA teams
