Will the Apac League have a crowd?

IMO they shouldnt because it would be very biased to Korean teams. Teams like Talon, GE, PRX have their fanbases in entirely different countries so it would be scuffed.

i feel like the korean audience would be pretty open to joining other fanbases

Korean crowds in Valorant are non-existent up to now . Hopefully people show up atleast for their own team games
