amazon packages sent without anybody ordering them

my brothers amazon account, instagram, and discord account were recently compromised. on amazon packages are being sent to his house address, with different debit cards buying each items, there is no return/cancel order. any help?

changed password already and plan on contacting amazon, but apparently this mf was looking at VALORANT GIFT CARDS and JESUS STATUES in the browsing history.

the hacker bought FIVE jesus statues, THREE coffee machines, a few yoga mats, etc. it totaled up to a few thousand dollars spent on other people’s cards on my brothers account and not his card
