Team Liquid, one of the partnered organization in the VEL is set to sign kappa, ec1s and russ to complete their roster. They will further bench jamppi and soulcas to sign davidp and gtn.
Visa issues right. I guess liquid might actually be one of the last to announce (obviously before EG who don't know they got into franchising) as they have 2 russians.
I think Riot is the one deciding when the teams should announce their rosters. And since according to sources Nats and Redgar are coming to Liquid and there are visa probs for Russians, it will probably take quite a bit of time. But yeah will definitely be announced before Evil Geniuses
