5 stack boost radiant

So I played 5 stack after a very long time and faced these guys.
The viper is getting boosted to radiant.
Plat jett hard smurf (someone else on that acc, coz previous stats look weak)
Silver sova same as jett (not best performance here but hard smurf too)

Viper record this act: 55 Wins. 3 Losses

Is this bannable?

I don't think you can get banned for being boosted unless there's a concrete evidence that they're boosted. say like a written statement or something.

in reddit not a long time ago someone posted this "bug" where if you 5 stack with shitty players you win like 10rr or less but playing against gold or plat with one radiant in your lobby. Shit system, they won't get banned because the system allow it.
PS: That dude went to radiant playing against plat/diamond only because in his lobby were like 2 iron accounts.
