I'm not saying he should leave sentineLs lmao he just should stop pretending he works as IGL, because he clearly doesn't do jack shit. Take him out of the igl role and let him play operator and get a new and dedicated IGL and sentineLs will be fixed. Simple.

I can clearly see you're young by your reply so I'll explain to you:

Real adults with working ethics don't take jobs they can't deliver, even if they pay more. Because there's one thing called "reputation".
It's better not to ruin your image doing mediocre job for more money. Do what's on your reach and try to improve and when you're ready you take the big stuff.
A ruined image from mediocre/bad work is harder to fix than the time you would have to work your ass off to get the extra money
