what is the mania of separating brazil from latam? the br teams are just as bad as the rest of the region, if they separate latam it would be latam north and latam south (SA)

Because they don’t compete in the same circuit, and therefore, vlr’s ranking doesn’t display the teams’ exact placement.
There is just no way of comparing them rn

I think it makes sense, no point in having 3 regions in 1 ranking when they don't play each other + are separated by definition by Riot
