Every game that has multiple champs/agents/heroes/etc. needs to have its mediocre characters, but still somewhat viable

phoenix is OP on close combat maps like haven, bind or ascent

I think pheonix can still work now, Pearl is definitely helping him with the amount of angles and the very different map geometry. He can easily work long b, and work a main blocking paint with a wall. Now you can only really make him work, he’s no longer going to be optimal or a necessity on a comp, more like a commodity.

Phoenix flash is literally undodgeable now

Replace his Wall with some mobility
maybe you can ride your wall like a surfboard for a few seconds along with creating a slant wall
best would be to make it like an omen smoke that works like a sage wall, so if you get shot at you instantly press C to make yourself some cover
