Carthage_Er_Pola [#5]KR had two slots in masters berlin. They could have had 2 teams in champs if they won LCQ
so did sea and they didn't fare any better. the point is while sea improved, kr couldn't due to constant roster changes and overall poaching of tier 1 talent to other regions which made the region much weaker.

It’s not really a dispute anymore. Even when DRX were the undisputed kings of Asia, most people thought SEA were the better region.
You should look at it as individual teams, like PRX being the best team in Asia instead of regions tho, since we don’t get enough international play yet to scale regions in my opinion
