Pro valorant scene - High or low level?

It's intersting that somehow we didn't see any bad team being stomped (until now - loud x optic can change it in optic's favor) as we saw in others masters/champions...every team that loses still put up a good fight and show..
Does it mean that valorant is with a good Skill-ceiling between the teams or they are like perfoming in a low level and that makes us think that the level are equal?
