I'll give it a try, my only source of daytime entertainment is Valorant so it's hard

unironically, quit valorant. I've stopped playing for a while now, and I've tried playing some singleplayer games/multiplayer co-op games.

  • The Ascent (really fun, bit buggy but looks amazing)
  • Red Dead Redemption 2 (it's a GOAT game)
  • Ghostrunner (fun but i wanted to break my pc during the last level, and its not because the game was well made)
  • Cliff Empire (this thing has been stealing my life. It's amazing, really relaxing, challenging, looks amazing, great music)

Obviously these are all paid for, but it's the Steam Summer Sale and they're on discount. At least 50% off. There are some really fun free games too. If you've been a good boy and claiming the free Epic Store games there should be a big backlog of fun games on your account there, too.

I'll take a look at them, thanks :)

yeah, i still participate in val activities (like helping with vod review/feedback, watching games, etc.) but i've only done my placements and stopped. cutting down on the excessive valorant games makes you a lot more refreshed, i legitimately felt terrible whenever i played valorant - winning felt meaningless and losses felt infuriating.

obviously i don't mean quit valorant forever, a better phrase would be taking a break, but my point stands.

learn another agent that isnt jett or chamber so you can actually have impact for your team

Ah, actually I play other agents like viper, fade, omen, breach and brimstone, but it doesn't change much in the game overall
