valorant is growing in japan so fast, like league of legends grew in korea

they are currently the worst region but they are improving fast. insane viewership numbers and we all saw their LAN

i dont think they will dominate like korea in league, but if they keep improving at this rate then they can be a top region and title contender

It'll be tough for the JP scene to get homegrown talent on the level of the larger regions like APAC, EMEA, NA, and BR because of the sheer population of them, and those regions have a much more established tradition of FPS success

Since Valo takes no skill at higher level as wardell said, its possible

there's a reason why when wardell got dropped by TSM they started winning

they will always be a huge scene if riot supports them well in the franchise

but if riot move the APAC franchise to be fully in korea like what is leaked, they will still have good numbers but it'll decrease than what it is right now

Currently Valorant in Japan is going to be like Korea in League. I can see them getting another slot next year

In terms of popularity maybe, but I don't think they will dominate because franchising
