(i know its lorge leddes but hes a reliable source i dont remember many cases of false reports)
Riot is going to be testing Yoru, Phoenix, AND kay/o buffs this weekend in PBE. Thoughts?
IMO Kayo doesnt need a buff but phoenix buffs sound exciting.

Yoru's ultimate is getting buffed, with an increased duration from 10 -> 12 seconds, and the ultimate cancel is being decreased from 1.2s -> 0.8s.

Kay/o's nade is recieving a nerf and a buff- Smaller coverage, however it no longer needs line of sight to deal damage. Also, only allies can hear him being revived from an ultimate, except for a brief initial noise just like a spike tap.

Phoenix is getting a lot more changes. His flash is getting a shorter fuse, from 0.7s to 0.5s, and the flash time is being increased, from 1.1s to 1.5 seconds. After an ultimate, he will keep the shields that he originally ulted with, and the weapon re-equip is shorter when using his wall if he does not curve it.

Phoenix will now equip his weapon earlier if he stops bending his wall

Phoenix will now spawn at the marker with the amount of shields he had when the ability was cast.

Huh? He's barely ever falsely reported stuff. And when he does, he pretty much immediately deletes it. Sure, hes whiny and makes a lot of drama, BUT he is reliable.

Well, thats the cornerstone of journalism. Its less "stealing", and more using that person as a source. Plus, it means the information gets around faster. As long as someone gets credited (which they were), then i think its a win.

For sure a good change. Keeping shield and faster flashes sound really good. Any news about the Yoru or Kayo changes or no?

kayo good in pro play but i agree not much in ranked, i wonder if the ranked buffs will make him insane in pro play

yeah, its definitely interesting. Its only a slight buff, but it may change pro play a lot.

yes, i think there will have to be a few more changes but for now these changes give me hope for his future lol
