because omen is dominant in those maps and he is one of the best omen player rn but so many controller players are flexing in others like astra harbor and clove

edit: at the very least, play the controller in bind to be considered a controller. IG it just a sour taste in my mouth because he is a great flex player yet people are saying he is a controller

Tenz is more of a flex player than a controller because he only plays omen as controller. He have more agent pool in initiator. I could understand he doesnt play viper because she is more like a sentinel than controller, which is suited for jqt, but he doesnt play brim in their bind or play others like astra clove or harbor. I'm done with people in tiktok or X saying that Tenz is top 5 controller player where in he is a great player but not a controller but as a Flex.

because of his time in dsg where in he is the most hyped player at that time after this time in optic and being called "The greatest player" then just flopped in tier 2 scene while being leaked by his teammates of his "toxic" comms and mentality then he joined bleed then just flopped and somehow destroyed the anticipated team of BLEED

but hear me out, the BR qualifying system is different compare to NA. They invited 6 teams which is 4 teams in NA, they go through close before group stage and other stuff. That is why I speculated that qualifying internationally have anything to do with it, my bad. But I dont think its right to compare the qualifying system of both regions

that is kinda ironic i know

I simply meant that NA doesn't have "huge" rostermania or roster to its top teams that is why you can't compare both regions for its rule

posted about 2 years ago

where in NA it only invited 4 teams and have 5 representative internationally

posted about 2 years ago

no because br also invited other teams that didn't qualify last year internationally like Gamelanders Blue

posted about 2 years ago

Actually no because the roster will be different therefore the points they acquired last year will not retain in the 100t thus making them goes through open quali

I mean I would prefer BabyJ but I think they aren't allowed to remove hiko right now because of he is part of the core roster which is ethan asuna and himself. If they remove hiko, according to the vct rule the team should or roster should consist atleast 3 players to retains its point from the previous tournys.

I actually meant that he isn't allowed because of the rules. Because the core of Ethan Asuna and Hiko is the reason why they are in closed quali

posted about 2 years ago

100T qualified in close because of Hiko so he isn't allowed to be removed because he is part of the core that qualified from Berlin, which makes them the top 4 from 2021.

I think thats the problem, wardell is good in OP but lack in entry fragging. The meta in valorant is that jett should be able to adjust based on the economy of the team and provide creating space without relying on a "Single" Gun. I know its rude but a player should be able to do things like Yay/TenZ/Asuna to be stable stone for the team. Wardell only problem is that he relied to his OP kills too much even in Attacking Overtime which in most cases damaged their entry fragging.

some journalist said it was because the skin isn't enough for all the players so they delayed one player which is ska, then he eventually didn't accept it

Mate, Riot is just being constant and equal to their punishments. They can't just say "Ohh they won't qualify anyway so let's not punished them" and basically you are encouraging the orgs to steal the players achievements. Players are playing the game to qualify not the ORGS are playing to qualify.

Actually they will represent EMEA under the conditions of:

  • Liquid Won't Qualify for Masters Berlin (250 pts)
  • Heretics would Qualify atleast place 12th, they will earn 225 pts plus 70 (not deducted by riot) will equals to 295.
which they would represent the EMEA instead of TL

the other way is with 70 pts plus future pts would make them qualify for EMEA last chance but without the 70 pts it is hard to qualify for the EMEA Last Chance Qualifier

Judging the players if they are tier 1 or tier 2 is subjective. Basically, Riot wants the competitive scene to be fair and constant that is why even if Heretics is far ahead of being representative (before the deduction of points). If someone or some roster (Let's Imagine: Liquid drop all four of its player and sign a amateur team or tier 2 pros, are these players deserve to represent EMEA if the roster that qualified is different to the new roster?) This is basic logic mate.
