yes kind of. They started the stream only 30 mins before the match began so they still had to play all of the promotional videos and stuff but it wasnt long. Probably only like a 10 min delay.

I'm pretty sure its just that the scene was filled with CS rejects or people who just switched from CS so teams never really scouted for players that started in valorant until now.
