Which teams do you thing could make a mark in VCT from tier 2 and which current ones could be kicked from each region?

Even if its because I want a proper representation of my country but I just hope True rippers to win ascension. Also they did a fair fight against GenG and now deathmaker making impact as Duelist.

Arent these things the factor between whos a good team and whos a bad team? Meaning ultimately they are not good.
