vlr going gray

idk if anyone else encounters this problem, but sometimes the forums on the left turn grey, and whenever i try to upvote or downvote a reply and i refresh, it's ignored and doesn't show that i did that action. whats the cause?

server overload or something usually happens at the end of maps and a lot of people are making new posts
