just want to register this experience somewhere:
So today around 5am i woke up cuz my cat was doing some silly meows, opening my eyes immediatly i notice a guy sneaking through my room door, this "person" noticed i moved a little bit and entered on the bathroom close to my room. I got like "holy sht im getting robbed" and pretended that i didn't see anything, closing my eyes - for around 30 minutes I stood still, with a high heart rate, leg shaking, thinking about all the horribles thing that could happen to me, my family and how we were going to get through this.
I only stopped cuz my mom woke up and went to the bathroom, which, to my surprise, had nothing strange. I then checked every corner of my house and there was no signal of invasion at all, nothing was stolen - the only place that he could've entered was through an open window, but i find it very unlikely since it's on the second floor and would need a huge stair to get up there.

I dont know if im getting insane (there's no reason to, i live a reasonably healthy life), generally these sleep paralysis events envolve a monster, or a distorted figure that is trying to harm you, but in this case, it was a silhouette of a normal guy, that had no idea about my existence until i made noise. Other thing that botters me in this story is that my cat throughout all the time was uncorfumtably meowing and acting weird.
