Yes according to the rules 2 emea teams can face off in the same group there is nothing to blame riot for this topic. The REAL problem is wtf with the VS in that group. They are KR seed#1 and their group is harder than f4q. Smb/acend should be switched to group b honestly. While this action will make harder for envy to qual(which i think is inevitable in any case imo), it also favors VS for their KR winnership
