probably not unless its an emergency substitute incase of visa issues health issues etc. not mainstage vct teams they can probably pickup from a tier 2 scene who have not competed in vct before. the same thing happened with guild .they wanted twisten from big but cannot get him because he played with big in vct and it wasnt emergency
