One should be flexible on more than just 1 agent. Tenz is only good on duelists and he mostly frags only on jett, because of this the entire team dont get to play what they wish to. Whereas sick can play a variety of agents and can pick whatever his team needs. So if tenz doesn't perform well his whole team loses big.
