Honestly if a well established Org like Optic (im seriously not trolling) signs this team that would make a tremendous change. Having access to a proper coach and analyst with a org that has proper structure can change to something very good.

Mixwell is already not a good jett. So putting him on a IGL role while playing duelist? That can only bring downfall to G2. But i have hopium that G2 makes this work and goes to champions inshallah

rawfiul has less impressive stats but has shown several times that hes 100x more consistent than skrossi which outweighs the "pop off factor" a player can have. SkRossi is the biggest hit or miss. He has a bad day he plays horrendous and they lose. But if he plays insane one day and pops off they usually win. But rawfiul has shown that he has impact every single game and is the most consistent of the two. Consistency > Pop off factor.

Its also a waste if the pracc u have with this person doesnt lead to anything. If the person ur praccing with is useless and the whole pracc session has 0 value then why keep praccing? Its just a waste of time. Instead focus on poaching/finding a better IGL/Player that doesnt necessarily have to frag but actually have a working brain that can do proper strats and actually have value for the team with his brains. Cause current IGL is absolutely lost and he has horrible mechanics.

Is GE the best tho in India? Velocity seem to be better, Stronger core and more stable team. Less inconsistent and hasnt fallen off as bad as GE.

Should probably integrate some foreign SEA players aswell as theres very little talent to find in India but theres plenty T1/T2 IGLs and players in SEA.
