Which teams are the best in that league? I don't think many regional teams have a better level than Giants or KOI.
I don't think G2 are moving to the Spanish VRL because is the one with more level. Northern VRL makes more sense to me.
you don't need to have 2 players, 1 player + 1 in the bench is enough.
A very big mistake not to give the right of retransmission to any spanish streamers. Spanish speaking community is the 2nd bigger community after English and is the only one which doesn't have any right to the retrasmission of the VCT starting today.
