its too early for now. the player base in korea is too small so more amateur teams need chances to compete in vct so that more talents could be found and more orgs to participate. compared to japan, there are barely no org that can make a pro team nor there are a lot of international level players in korea. If two regions combine all the amateur teams will be stomped by japanese & korean pro teams ( and there will be less opportunities for orgs to make teams and talents to be found. i dont even know what im saying but just know that i am not able to explain my theory i just want to say its too early for now
3 seeds for NA is ok they did good in last year masters. APAC 6 seeds thats a bit too much but i get it there are so many fucking ppl and teams as KR JP OCE SEA SA are all APAC. But EMEA 3 seeds?? are you kidding me they literally won 2 international tourneys last year and there are tons of teams like APAC. maybe because of single robin format on this year vct. there will be a lot of games so they could try many different comps. Also eugene might drop
