Hope that doesn't mean the other stuff didn't go well. But that's good news

I believe delzik is studying now
mining engineering? I might be tripping xD

posted about 2 years ago

I believe there is no LCQ, we get like 2/3 splits instead? I'm not sure how it's gonna work but yeah, glad we agree then

posted about 2 years ago

Probably not at the start of the season, but there is always that possibility if they start messing around mid season yk. But yeah probably that will be the case for the most part

posted about 2 years ago

It could still be Deryeon tho, ranked is not a source. Or they could switch mid season if things don't go well

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah we don't know what will happen this one, and tbf you don't even know if yay will be Bleed's duelist xD
Most likely this season it will be 3/6 from EMEA not counting China

"if you think that kc doesn't want to perform right away then you don't know kc"
I do not know if they want to perform or not, I know that I think they won't perform. Sure, they might want to win, but that's just not how it works, don't get me wrong there is a chance they do, but you can't expect them to.

Let me word it different, any signing is a bet, all of them can go right or wrong. More specifically when you sign a rookie the bet gets riskier, mainly because of the fact that you have never seen the player perform in any similar environment. So when you're taking 5 bets, building a roster from 0, and add that to the fact that most of them are rookies, your chance of everything going your way is pretty low. Because in order to succeed as you say everything has to go your way, there is not much room for a miss. Which is why I think both TH and KC's projects will be stronger in the future when those players develop and they can see who has worked out and who hasn't.

Also do wanna say, future sounds like next year, which yeah, but also I mean by that that their performance by the end of the year should be much better than at the start. Season's supposed to be long and roster changes are allowed this time, we'll see

Means in the regular season TL, FNC, NRG, LOUD, DRX and PRX managed to make the top of their región reaching the finals. Out of those 6 teams, 4 of them had EMEA duelists

Which is the counter statement to “It's actually crazy to think that the best duelist in every region besides china is from NA lol”

posted about 2 years ago

FNC wouldn't be what they are without Derke, he's arguably the most or second most important player. Not necessarily gameplay wise but comm wise

KOI is the only none confirmed, the rumors are that tryouts are done, negotiating now. We just don't know with who, it's very likely not gonna be anyone with a buyout (Like Alive or Unfake), KOI's not on a position to pay a single extra dollar sadly. Kamo sounds like a solid option that is in the conversations as of now

Power rankings are way too hard imo

posted about 2 years ago

Do not expect much, it is not the goal of the roster to perform right away. Just like TH, it is for the best that we do not set high expectations, they're rosters for the future

posted about 2 years ago

Anonimotum hasn't missed a single time, it basically is

posted about 2 years ago

Rumor lately is that kamo might be one of the 2 pick ups, but nothing sure. Maybe I'm just coping cause is who I want

posted about 2 years ago

Actually fun fact, 4/6 players who made their leagues finals last year were from EMEA

posted about 2 years ago

Idk what the situation with Governor is, is he still getting picked up?

posted about 2 years ago

We can still try to squeeze Nivera in if that is of any help

posted about 2 years ago

There is a small chance, but the fact that starxo put on his social media “IGL” doesn’t help being optimistic about it

posted about 2 years ago

We got some bad news for you bro

posted about 2 years ago

Nah, not really, but developing this talents is definitely what the scene needs

posted about 2 years ago

Rosters makes more sense now. Same strategy as TH and I think is the right way to go

posted about 2 years ago

Pretty decent, I think there will be better rosters tho, do have a shot

posted about 2 years ago

Woot and MiniBoo is the only doubt, they could switch roles depending on the map

posted about 2 years ago

Alright but that needs to be a global rule not a Russia rule

posted about 2 years ago

But then you're allowing them to choose regions? That's just not fair either

posted about 2 years ago

How do you determine where a player is from? If I move tomorrow to Vladivostok from Moscow am I a pacific player?

posted about 2 years ago

They can just have 2 conferences like MENA does. Spliting a country into 2 regions is logistically impossible because you would then basically be allowing them to pick region just by moving, which is just not fair

posted about 2 years ago

Oh god not this again. I’m just gonna say all this is even a debate simply cause the CIS league is on hold, as soon as it’s back it won’t make sense anymore

Their contracts run out in January as far as I know, EG can’t ask for that much money forever

posted about 2 years ago

Isn't Jawgemo supposed to be g2's 5th?

posted about 2 years ago

If I learned I wouldn't be on the site

Based on you saying so?

TH owner had a 2M viewer peak on twitch.... just for reference

posted about 2 years ago

Let's go, they actually scared me for a second thinking he wasn't gonna get picked up

posted about 2 years ago

They kinda choked that Haven tho
I’m not sold on Hiber but I believe in their potential

posted about 2 years ago

Case is gonna be a really good team in the future, this should have been finals imo, case choked

posted about 2 years ago

They literally got swept by ehehxd and Fuzos yesterday

posted about 2 years ago

Nope, not allowed to scrim with other teams unless EG allows him to which they won't. Matter of fact if EG asks him to he would probably have to practice with EG? Not sure about that one but 100% positive on the first thing.

Gotta be carful tho, if you take the example of starxo again, he joined the team in January and Lock in was in March so, they went in with 2 months of practice while everyone had 5. Obviously that's not why the season went wrong, but it didn't help to a smooth start

posted about 2 years ago

EMEA doesn't have a duelist that even comes close to replace her

posted about 2 years ago

Contracts end in January I believe, he is not allowed to scrim until then which could explain why he's not happy
KOI did that with starxo last year

Napoleon gets cleared by Alexander the Great so bad bro. You can't compete with the mf that conquered the world by charging first

Governor is solid, and I might be drunk but I think he used to IGL? Idk. So yeah he does have that part. But as a duelist? I watch both leagues and it’s not even comparable

posted about 2 years ago

Why would Jemkin’s comms be bad? I think he’s a much better player

posted about 2 years ago

The Case game is not gonna be easy tho

posted about 2 years ago

What, this is the best for TH, the retain his clout as cc, but they get to make a competitive roster

posted about 2 years ago

We'll see Ig

Yeah Acend beat them

I believe Turkish is Wolfen's mother tongue? Don't quote me on it but I believe so

I wasn't talking about SUP specifically picking him up they don't have the same agent pool, just someone in general.
However now that you mention it, no, I think Wolfen is for sure the better player. Do you remember how good wolfen was in tier 2? Remember Ascension? https://www.vlr.gg/121832/case-esports-vs-fut-esports-valorant-regional-leagues-2022-finals-playoffs-lbf
He is not a Jett player, but he is extremely good on both initiator and sentinel, amazing chamber

Legend, but it’s for the best, knowing when to step back is also important
