Korea doesn't have dual citizenship so Hyunmin has to pick one nationality before turning 22 iirc and if he selects a korean citizenship then he'll be treated just like any normal korean and will be forced to serve but if he chooses an American citizenship then he's free from the obligation.

Hyunmin's stat got tanked because of the t1 game, he was the 2nd best player of drx during bangkok and you know it. Hyunmin played well vs sen and was by far the best player vs Vit. He played bad vs t1 but so did everyone else except maybe free1ng. He had his only bad game this year but somehow flashback still managed to play worse on top of completely throwing the Vit game.
