Bring back Tejo's and skye's recharge ability, Tejo only gets one rocket instead of two. Buff the other initiators so if teams aren't playing one of them they miss out on an ability that could turn the game around. That way these initiators don't overlap each other and gives teams a reason to be different.

Only really a solution for initiators and a way to make them more "balanced" between each other.

Basically remove rechargable abilities for them and add a "reward system", since initiators are supposed to act as mostly scan/support they should make it so when you get an assist, your signature ability recharges. Alongside this another problem with teams is that they play really slow and just wait for their initiator's to refresh. So I think they should also make it so your signature ability recharges based on how much damage you deal. This way attackers don't have the leisure to just sit back and wait and actually need to push something to get their util back.
