Riot Games announced the Valorant Conquerors Championship during the Masters Reykjavik broadcast, a South Asian tournament in partnership with NODWIN Gaming that will offer a path for teams in the region to potentially qualify for Valorant Champions at the end of the year.

The tournament will have six qualifiers hosted in the South Asian region, which includes India, Pakistan and Afghanistan, Sri Lanka and the Maldives, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan, and a “Wildcard”. Each region has a set amount of slots and their own online qualifying matches, where the qualified teams will advance to the playoffs.

The winner of the tournament will earn a spot in the APAC Last Chance Qualifiers, where they will play against other teams from Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia for a spot in Champions in October.

A prize pool of $33,000 USD is on offer. Registration opens on June 15 at 2pm IST.
