Country/team rankings in Val

I know that riot have their own team rankings at the current moment, but its clearly wrong for the most part and they should fix It, but what if they also add rankings of the best teams in history overall and countries rankings within their leagues(besides china) just like in football that would be hella interesting imo
thoughts?
