they got neglected for so long thats why they are on the brink of dying I dont think its dead yet

actually Mena being separate is a major issue
cus for 2/3 of the year they dont face good competition
2023: falcons WHOOPED in ascension cus they werent experienced against top t2 emea teams
2024: TU come to ascension with falcons roster (cus riot banned falcons) but cant get akai (best mena player that year), TU with akai prolly woulda firepower diffed apeks
2025: Twisted Mindsdont have any strategic depth since they were used to facing shallow mena teams
and the bad viewership (cus NO ONE gaf abt saudi eleague) lead to TU pulling outta val
only good mena org that can compete in 2026 is TM
I cheered for Boom, I cheered for Motiv, and I basically cheer for SEA team in a lot of way because I dont want to see KR dominance and you are the guys that prevent this. That being said my point is : SEA has been one of the least neglected region in the world
South East Asia have the highest "Partner team / Number of Premier team" in the whole world. Wish mean if the number of partner team would scale on the playerbase you guys would have less team. (And I think it's a good things that SEA got more slot, because all T3 SEA region should be represented, but thats still a huge gift by Riot)
They are region like MENA, CIS, LAN, OCE, SA that has absolutely NO outlet for their T2 talents, wish mean for them T2 is literally the endgame, and they cant even improve because they are nobody better than them where they play, and the 2 crossT2 game they will play per year will definitely not make them improve (And it's even worst in CIS case). When we see how they are treated saying you are the most neglected T2 region in Val is an insult.
Soop is a scapegoat, before Soop half of SEA T2 team has no structure at all. The fusion was necessary even tho some mistake where made (SEA, should have 16 team the same way NA or OCE has, T3 league should stay, low vierwership where bad on the long run). Plus, Soop cant ruin the level of a player on only one year, the lack of investment is something that will make SEA suffer on long term, but not today. (And yes we need to stop that)
The fusion of APAC was an amazing thing for SEA because that make them improve fast by playing regularly vs KR. In comparison it was an horrible thing for Japan because that remove them any chance to go to international event, because they are stuck between the 2 giant SEA and KR are. Japan have way more reason to complain than SEA.
So okay, you have legitimate reason to ask for improvement, but the way SEA community cry over this is disproportionnate, and not productive, you should focus on finding solution and no, booting soop will not solve everything.
