I am using an old non-gaming laptop rn and getting fps for 70-120 in vlr (70-100 when using skills or shooting) and sometimes dropping to 15-30 fps so Im considering about buying new laptop

which one is better for playing games ? I've watched many reviews on youtube but kinda want the real experience playing vlr or any games daily from players here and reviews are diff such as Channel A - Intel gives more fps but Channel B - AMD gives more fps, lower temperature bla bla bla

Thanks.

To my knowledge amd is better for val

I wouldnt recommend a laptop tho, save up a bit and get a desktop unless u actually need the portability of the laptop

depends on the cpu, amd is probably the best for price efficiency rn but depends on the laptop

I would highly recommend getting a desktop PC even though I write articles and play valorante on a laptop. If you want a laptop though go for AMD because it has higher multi threaded performance and you get better FPS in VAL. Also remember to upgrade your RAM because it will hugely increase performance.

In laptop go Intel for gaming, it's not even close. Desktop is another story
