Not a single Chinese team made Champions Playoffs. The Top4 teams of China. This proves that they don't really deserve their own Region since competition is weak.

Maybe reduce China's Masters/Champions slots by -1 and give an extra +1 to another deserving Region. To another highly competitive team that deserves it.
