this franchise system much suck hard for the BR and latin america teams. they dont have access to quality scrims like NA does to 10 franchised teams. i wonder how this has affected both regions, it just shows that Riot doesn't care about them, which inadvertently gives future talents the same impression. i also wonder if this is a deterrent for players like this to continue with esports.
Issue is that if no stability in Tier 2 scene, nobody would risk their time trying to be at Tier 1, especially when Tier 2 in BR are paying less and less, making an obligation to become a streamer nowadays.
