FaZe Clan has announced the next North American ignition series event, boasting a prize pool of $50,000 and set to feature 16 teams selected through a mix of invites and qualifiers.

Twelve teams will be invited based on previous tournament results while four will be randomly seeded from open qualifiers.
The tournament format is as follows:
- Group stage
- 16 teams / 4 groups
- Bo3
- Playoffs
- 8 teams
- Bo3 + Bo5 grand finals
The FaZe Clan Invitational is the third Ignition Series event to feature a record $50,000 prize pool, alongside both the T1 x Nerd Street Gamers Showdown and the WePlay! Invitational.
The main event will be held from August 6th-9th with qualifiers preceding it on August 1st-2nd. You can sign up for the qualifiers here.
