Knights Arena, the organizers of Challengers North America, have drawn the groups for VCL NA. The first split is set to begin next month and last until the end of March.

To draw the groups, Knights separated the 12 teams into two pools of invited and qualified squads. The invited squads were randomly selected first and alternately added between Group A and Group B — meaning the first team got drafted to Group A, the second to Group B, all the way down to the sixth team. The same method was used for the qualified rosters.

The Challengers NA groups are:

Group A

Group B

After about a month of league play, the top four teams from each group will then participate in the Mid-Season Invitational. Those eight teams — who will already have received points for their group stage performances — will then play in an eight-team double-elimination bracket that will award the top four with extra points for Ascension and crown a Split 1 champion.

These same 12 organizations will then return in mid-April for the second split of VCL competition, which whill last until mid-May. In June, the Split 2 Playoffs will be hosted, after which the teams with the most points will receive slots in Americas Ascension, where they will join LATAM and Brazilian teams and fight for a 2024 VCT Americas slot.
