Chances of TenZ staying on Sentinels

I think there's a 50/50 chance Sykko and Kaplan may take the chance with TenZ, and keep him on the roster however there were some leaks saying that both of them may not bring TenZ back on the new roster.

In my opinion they should keep TenZ because throughout all the tournaments Sentinels, has played this year TenZ still has been consistently at the top of ranking in the NA region and is up there with people like yay and Cryocells.

Even during NA LCQ when he played chamber for the first time in a tournament and clearly wasn't comfortable on yet still had around 250 ACS and was one of the people at the top of the NA LCQ statistics with only 3 matches underneath his belt like The Guard, Shopify Rebellion and 100 Thieves.

I still think TenZ has what it takes to be at yay level when he has a competent team and a good management behind him and i think he'll be able now to shine cause hell have access to that.

i wouldn't say that he is still insane just his old team relied on him too much which put pressure on his back

He is still insane dude, SEN's util usage has been poor throughout the yr so they wouldn't be able to take space a lot of the time and tenz would take dry fights and still would come out on top breaking the deadlock. Now imagine that in an actual team alongside players like zekken and marved! People don't look into that aspect of his game. He isn't playing against bots, team play is everything just cz SEN lose doesn't mean hes washed.

he will thrive on a structured team

he was carrying SEN and putting insane numbers without structure, imagine what he could do with real structure

i don't think C9 would take the chance on TenZ seeing that they have a stacked roster

he is staying for sure, because -

  1. at the end of the day esports is a business, so sen want money and tenz alone himself brings more money than any tourneys or teams in the entirety of valorant
  2. tenz wants to compete, so he'll leave if they drop him, so sen just cant drop him
  3. who's a better option than tenz? dicey seems like the only one but with proper structure behind tenz, tenz will easily diff dicey and cryo, and maybe will be as good as yay

Sykko isn't stupid. Dude is known for talent development, he isn't gonna pass up the opportunity to work with tenz and potentially create a deadly duo of tenz and zekken. Also, TenZ has historically played really well against xset so I don't think he has such bad impression of TenZ that he isn't even gonna give him a try. If SEN TenZ doesn't happen for one more year then most likely it's a money/contract issue rather than SEN not valuing him.
