Being content creator means not playing 1 game u need to be more play games to play and have a good and happy interaction with the fans of an org your gonna join.

theres not a clear path to big places in esports especially if you want to be on broadcast...you can probably apply to corporate pos in esports orgs or TOs but thats probably not a career in esports you are thinking of

There many jobs you can take ( being from IT background ), you can work in events like leagues for various roles like observers, work with overlays, analyst for events, analyst for teams (Bleed's analyst is from IT background too), Also you can pick other jobs like caster, graphic designer, video editors, etc.

I think for graphic designer and editing need some set of skill on which I am not really interested on. Cater I would like to but it's damn hard to get in and from what I seen this casters don't get paid enough also it's like part time job.

yo IT guy here.
well you HAVE to update your skill for once in a while since its a really fast-changing environment and you got to be really good at logic or math.

Not really, its one of the most flexible and sought after fields and will be for a while. Your degree doesn't matter, you just need the required skills and show you can do the work. Many of my family members have degrees in unrelated fields but just did a few programming courses and certificates for like 6-12 months and then they got some entry level positions. They have climbed their way to the top tho.

School could be tough for many, at work first couple of years will be tougher, then you just gotta learn new things and adapt to tech.
I am in here for 5 years and things are easy.
