We have got 2 new players and one of those haven't played valorant in a real competitive level yet! Wouldn't it help them if they got some match experience? I mean I understand giving up strats but SEN can easily play their old default heavy, improvise on the go style without giving up tendencies and setups.

I mean they recently just signed those players and tourneys I see now are ones that started a while ago.

Plus playing in such tourneys reveals comps and strats to some degree, right now teams aren't scrimming against opponents they are gonna face round 1 in lcq to prevent such things from getting out to their opponents

u know that this was the first excuse sentinels told when they started to scrim less and less ? this goes as the the worst shit from sentinels excuse pack ( they're the ones who came up with this shit and it's cery clear how wrong they were)

there is no such thing my friend the more u scrim the more experience u gain, all best teams out there got better with scrims and playing as much as they can be it cs or val

right now teams aren't scrimming against opponents they are gonna face round 1 in lcq to prevent such things from getting out to their opponents

this is true but u said it the first round of LCQ so it's only for 1 match at max u just can't go around not scrimming and not playing at all and expect ur team to play well together
look at optic they always start slow even tho they have been together for so long but the more they get acclimated to the environment the more they perform better

The thing is this whole argument is based on your notion the SEN 'scrim less', non of us know their schedule

The only time I remember them saying the scrimmed less at the beginning of the year when Tenz was moving countires and Dapr moving apartments

When else?

This whole idea of "they can't go around not scrimming" is a false narrative people are driving for no reason

ok dude whatever, i guess we can just put all the facts about tournament winners to the bin and believe u lmao

  1. gambit : scrimbux the best sceim team in eu for 2021
  2. acend: the only tier 1 team that played every Mickey mouse tourney in eu in 2021 and people questioned them back then
  3. optic: yay stated in his stream the insane amount of scrims they do and theie server time being very high and fns confirmed that they're the team that scrims the most in NA

YEAH LET'S JUST IGNORE THAT YEPPP

Why do people make it such a big deal about not playing mickey mouse tourneys? Like OPTIC has never entered one yet they got to be so good. How is that? Through SCRIMS obv. Scrims are just as effective as these tourneys. so as long as SEN plays Scrims, they are still practicing and just have to wait to see how they do.

of course optic won't they the best team why would they?
Mickey mouse is for teams that aren't doing well or need to rest stuff out, like c9 the guard and so u won't see OPTIC there

obv not now. I'm talking about before even like Stage 1 when OPTIC (prev ENVY) was starting to get really good.

There comes a certain point where your players have enough synergy and experience where those tournaments aren’t that helpful. Like teams that get new rosters play them a good bit in order to get those things. But teams like Optic have been together so long there’s just no point in wasting time. It’s all about what is the best use of their time.
