i'm not talking about results, i'm talking about the teams and their management(how they are set up and their decisions)

it would be insane for them to get one considering they have been solidly T2 since Stage 1 2022 and have barely done anything for the scene

Nerd Street and T1 have some sort of connection I forget if they're a subsidiary or something, their team sucks but to say they haven't done anything for the scene is just completely wrong considering they're the TO for the entire NA VCT Circuit and run the NSG Monthlies for the T2 scene

nah, NSG is owned by Comcast or sth which is in a partnership with SKT to own T1, so it's not as direct as you think.

Idk that's still a pretty close connection but wtf do I know lol

tbh, i'm not 100% rock solid on it either, but reasoning dictates that just because A ∩ B, does not necessarily mean A=B. it's a simplified equation and not entirely accurate but basically just because Comcast Spectacor is a major investor in NSG, and also happens to be partnered with SKT to partially control T1, shouldn't mean they are the same thing. And it definitely doesn't mean that NSG is a subsidiary of T1. I guess it's like saying Valorant is a subsidiary of League because they are both linked by Riot? Not too sure though.

I was just thinking along the lines that if the parent companies of T1 are heavily invested in the NA valorant scene with NSG, then it makes sense that they would be rewarded with making their actual valorant team a franchised team

thats possible

T1 will probly get spot in franchising
after franchising some teams who might not get into franchisng like V1, GUARD,SEN may leave the valorant roster and other teams will buy the players

idk, they really don't deserve it, there is only a handful of slots next year and i'd hate to see it fall to a shit tier 2 team with horrible NA management that has 2 Korean imports
