i feel like i have a good grasp at how the game fundamentally works, im like really really dogshit at aim, but i really feel like i can help a team develop pocket strats and genuine strats good enough for a t4 team atleast, i obviously need experience first and idk where and how to begin so, help?

I don't really know anything but if there are lans near you I'd say try going to those and meeting people. It's gonna be pretty hard though if you aren't immortal/high diamond and at least brushing shoulders with people who are making teams.

I was playing in tier 4 teams (rank dia-immo) and most of coaches were around gold-plat. Rank doesn't matters when u can see what's wrong with ur team and u know how to help them. Idk where are you from but in eu lots of low tier teams are missing coach and if ur prepared to do it for free at least from start many teams might give u a chance

a lot of pro teams expect coaches to be like gold/plat. In fact, when I coached a T2 NA team they were surprised when I told them I was immo and they expected me to be like a plat player lol.

I've always wanted to try and be a coach but I haven't tried and pursued anything like it because I think it would be very hard to grow your name in a scene so dominated by 10-15 teams per region. Usually with extensive funding and staff.

Just try finding a competitive 5 stack with higher ranks and trying to become their coach. Hell find a school team to coach.

Good luck my brother

vod review alot and u could prob start of by getting even better of understanding the fundamentals of being a coach etc. When u feel ready to start coaching a team u should type in any discord server like VALORANTPRO that u are lft as a coach and after that its history. Also recommend getting better at the game till u are like diamond lvl so u can get to try out scrims and etc with higher skill level. I personally gained loads of experience by playing scrims and etc with my old team

High school/collegiate eSports can be a good start. If you can write articles and make yourself known on socials that helps with publicity. Reach out to coaches on twitter similar to you (fadezis, slow)

if you have no experience not many serious teams will be eager to pick you up because they have no idea what your coaching methods are or how you see the game.

Make what is essentially a resumé. Write down analysis of games and post them on Medium or Reddit. Make your vision visible, and those who agree with it will seek you out. Best of luck.

MAKE A CONSTANT YOUTUBE VIDEO ABOUT UR THOUGHTS & HOW TEAMS SHOULD PLAN & EXECUTE IT (LIKE VOD REVIEW)

That would make u can be contacted by famous team

i have 0 experience but to me it seems easier to become an analyst first then transfer into a coaching role.

It seems significantly easier to develop experience as the former by creating analytic contnebt i.e. videos, articles, or even just infographics
