Controller changes aren't necessary imo. Their meta right now is healthy and all four agents are seeing effective use and team play.

Reyna's orbs should remain at 2, as that encourages players to actually use her ult.
Controllers so far are balanced throughout.

Kayo flashes should make a louder noise when thrown underhanded and should take like .2-.5 seconds longer to activate so you don't get insta blinded out of nowhere every time.

Balanced but give astra 5 stars or decrease recharge time a little
Initiator:-
Decrease Kayo molley size
Make Breach flash recharge
Increase time limit of Skye dog
Changes that are already happening with Sova are good
Sentinels:-
LET ME PICK MY FUCKING CYPHER CAGES AFTER BUY PHASE like seriously you want me to either retake with fking tripwires or take back my cam which would be really bad incase they rotate back
KJ balanced but maybe make alarmbot have infinite distance and not the turret
Chamber increase ult orbs required for ult to 8 and decrease scoping of headhunter to maybe like Marshal than Gaurdian

Neon change the stun so it has smaller duration on the edges and more near the middle so that their is some point in stunning close too you
