The OG northeption roster by the end of 2021 was by far the best Japanese team imo. If they had stuck together, they'd be a much better team compared to what we have in JP rn

Japan can't get better unless the region gets merged with KR. Riot probably won't do that. For now Japanese orgs are more than happy to accept their 12th/16th etc place money by making it to an international event. But if Japan gets merged with KR they will struggle at first and probably won't make it to a couple of internation event thus no more ez money.

Nth was stacked.
Seoldam the best Jett in JP and arguably KR, maybe even Asia in general.
Meiyy one of the best flexes in JP.
Astell top tier IGL.
SugarZ3ro insane smokes player.
TENNN was also cracked af.

They really demolished every other SEA KR and JP team at LCQ. Only reason they lost to Full Sense was because they didn't have the stamina for 5 full maps.

At the same time, the OG Nth lost to Zeta and CR in stage 3. You also saw Tennn against DRX and that wasn't a good look(1 game sample size)... The only thing you can hope for is Zeta to gain more LAN experience and not look like onliners/JP farmers. Idk who Meiy should replace on Zeta as well (personally I'd take Meiy over Tennn)

Both can play duelists, skye, and sage, and both are told to entry depending on comp/map

Japan need some good coaches with tactical fps experience. Also feels like their fundamentals are pretty weak or they get nervous.

yes japan needs good coaches but it will be a problem looking for someone who speaks fluent japanese at the same time
