if your rank is stuck when playing In SG server, I have a solution, try playing on the Mumbai server, the enemy is much easier.
I was stuck in Platinum and finally I was able to reach the immortal rank, I'm not lying but diamond rank in Mumbai feels like playing in gold/plat rank in SG servers.

and the ping you get is still playable, the other positive side is that Indians are fluent in English, unlike in HK servers, which are difficult to find English-speaking teammates.

This ping will you get
Playing from PH 90-120
Playing from TH 40-70
Playing from SG 60-80
Playing from Indo 70-90

(for me it's still playable exc for ph)

120 for me from here to mumbai

i can assure you mumbai playing from ph is way higher than 90 ping

many are fluent in english, but most of the time they dont use english in my games
