Masters Reykjavik II format????

I thought it was same as berlin/champs were it was Groups--->Single elim knockouts but today I saw some people on twitter saying you get to play from deeper in the bracket if you get a a high seed, does that mean the tournament is double elim like last Reykjavik?

probably 2 groups with 6 teams on each group, then 3 teams will qualify or 4? then double elim?
