If Rise beats NRG, then they will be 2-3 in groups, and since optic and knights who are both 2-2 have to play each other there is guaranteed to be 2 teams tied for the 4th-5th spot. What is the tiebreaker format for challengers, is it who won the head to head or something else like map/round difference? If it's head to head tiebreaker and optic lose vs knights, rise make it out which would be pretty insane considering how much better optic have looked as a team.

its head to head, so knights have already qualified, if optic lose to knights and rise beat nrg, rise qualifies

Knights already qualified because they won against Rise so even if they both tie on wins/loses, Knights qualify overe Rise
Optic on the other hand lost against Rise, so if they tie on wins/loses, Rise qualify over Optic
