Not really... in 2023, Demon1 and Boostio teabagged and talked trash to their opponents but the CN region seemed fine with it. Master Santiago: AG v GM8 but they seemed fine as well..I really think they specifically target FUT.. Most probably cause of the misunderstanding of translation.

I don't think location matters..maybe Riot feels it is best to ban after the FUT incident. They are coming into their territory. In London, they received death threats and now it is Shanghai, which will probably be even worse, so I think I can unds Riot's POV. If FUT had failed to qualify, I don't think this ban would exist.
