Valorant teams must have at least 3 out of 5 players from their home region. So basically, GE and TS are rebuilding their rosters? What kind of ruling is this? Are we seriously doing this?

I think if you are partnered you can keep your roster but if you want to make a change it MUST be from your home region so if GE applies from india GE must replace their players with ONLY Indian players
Nope , their is also an exception of alr franchise teams that if any of the teams make it to 27 partners then they can retain their roster and suppose if someone leaves then thay have to get replacement from home region
