With Riot's new rules, it's necessary to have 3 players from Latin America. (Yes, Brazil doesn't count as Latin America, believe it or not).
So this team would be impossible.

He'd probably be someone from LATAM's tier 2.

I think if they put Heat in as a flex player, the role he really played well in 2024 at KRU, it would work.
But I'm definitely kicking Dante out.
Heat worked on 2024 bcs the rest of that team was really good and even then his only good quality was his shooting, Heat can't use util that's why they put him perma chamber, I would rather take a guy from their academy
I think they'll go back to the Latin American base.
Less won't want to stay in KRU without Saad, Mw might stay.
I think I'd make a base with Tkzin, Mw, MiradaNinja, Shyy and someone else from Latam.
Keep Dante, drop everyone else, and get messi on igl, and sign some tier 2s
